Homemade Pancake Mix Recipe

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Sifter
  • 3 x 500 ml Mason Jars

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 4 Cups White Flour
  • 4 tbsp White Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Dried Milk Powder
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda

PANCAKE RECIPE +

  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions
 

Dried Pancake Mix

  • Measure and sift together the baking powder, baking soda, flour, milk powder and sugar
  • Using a canning funnel, add the dried ingredient mix to 500ml Mason Jar
  • Optional, add 1/4 cup of dried fruit, chocolate chips or nuts.
