It's garlic!
Garlic is planted in the fall at the end of the summer season. It's easy to care for, easy to save the bulbs to plant again, its a superfood and its much healthier than the garlic grown in china.
I love seeing my gorgeous garlic growing in the garden, so much so that I wrote a guide to share with you.
