AUNT JEMIMA PANCAKE MIX RECIPE – FROM SCRATCH!
like most of us, we grew up on Saturday morning Aunt Jemima pancakes and cartoons. In fact making your own pancakes was probably one of the first recipes you made by yourself.
So naturally Aunt Jemima will hold a special place in our hearts and its a name that won’t be forgotten.
In 2021, the brand was changed back to the original company name Pearl Milling Company to embrace an inclusive community.
Since switching to a from scratch homegrown lifestyle for my own family, Saturday mornings in our house are filled with early chores and this from scratch recipe.
This recipe is perfect for creating your own pantry staples and to save money on groceries. It’s also a great staple to have on hand for weekends away camping.
